AI teammates for a small company

They do the work. You say yes.

Named AI teammates that work in a chat with you and your people: they find leads, write to prospects, draft posts and keep the books in order, and they ask before anything is sent, posted or paid.

Sign-in is by invitation for now. No account yet? Ask for access

Six roles built in. More from templates, or write your own.

An example of a team room. The names and figures are made up.

How it works

A team you brief in plain words

No flowcharts to draw. You describe the job, they get on with it, and you decide what goes out.

  1. Pick a team

Start from a blueprint, or add teammates one at a time. Each one gets a role, rules, tools and a memory of its own.

  2. Connect what they need

Add a model key, then your email, calendar and channels. A teammate can only use what you gave it.

  3. Work in the chat

Ask in the team room or in a private chat. They do the work, show which tools they used, and wait for your yes before anything leaves.

The team

Meet the team

Six roles come built in. Each is a teammate with a name, a face and a job, not a prompt you have to remember.

  • Chief of Staff

The one you talk to. Keeps the list of what is open and passes each job to the right teammate.

    Sorting this morning’s requests
  • Scout

Finds businesses that could need what you sell, and writes down the evidence.

    Looking for clinics in Lyon
  • Setter

Writes to prospects, follows up and books the call.

Waiting for your OK on a message
  • Maker

Drafts posts and pages for your accounts, ready for your review.

    Drafting Thursday’s post
  • Closer

Prepares proposals and follows each deal until it is paid.

    Following an open proposal
  • Analyst

Reads the numbers and tells you each week what worked.

    Reading last week’s numbers

More roles from templates

  • Researcher
  • Bookkeeper
  • Support agent
  • Account manager
  • Community manager
  • Head of marketing
  • Appointment reminder
  • Newsletter writer
  • Recruiter
  • Ads manager
  • Or describe a role in your own words
Control

You stay in charge

A teammate can read and draft freely. What leaves your company waits for a person, unless you decided otherwise for that teammate. The server enforces this, not the model.

  • Approvals

Messages, posts, quotes and payment links arrive as a card. Read it, then approve, edit or decline.

  • Trust levels

Every teammate starts on probation. You decide when one has earned more room.

    1. Probation
    2. Trusted
    3. Senior
  • Limits

A daily budget for each teammate, and a cap on how much each channel sends.

  • Stop everything

One button stops every teammate, cancels what is queued and pauses every routine.

  • Everything logged

Who did what, with which tool and which model, what it cost and on what evidence.

    • Analyst read Google Search Console
    • Maker asked to create a file
    • You approved
Tools

They use your tools

Teammates work where your company already works. They look for the right tool for the job, and you decide who may use what.

  • Connected apps

Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and many more through connected apps. You link an account once and choose which teammates may use it.

  • Custom connectors

Add any MCP server as a connector. Its tools become available to the teammates you pick, under the same approval rules.

  • A browser you can watch

A teammate can open pages, click and fill in forms. You can watch its screen live and take over for a sign-in, then hand it back.

  • A sandbox computer

Optional. A separate machine where a teammate runs code and works on files, away from your own computers.

  • Routines

Work on a schedule or on an event: every weekday at 08:00, or when a prospect replies. Each run has a history, a cost and a way to stop.

  • Views beside the chat

Leads, inbox, pipeline, calendar and insights, for the work that does not fit in a conversation.

Blueprints

Start from a team

A blueprint is a whole team in one go: the teammates, who approves what, who hands work to whom, and a weekly rhythm. You see what it will create before you apply it.

  • Solo founder

A Chief of Staff you talk to and one teammate who does the research.

    2 teammates
  • Lead generation team

Finds businesses, starts conversations and follows each deal until it is paid.

    4 teammates
  • Content studio

Plans what to post, drafts it, answers the comments and reads the numbers.

    4 teammates
  • Support desk

Answers customers, looks after existing clients and passes on what needs a person.

    3 teammates
  • Agency

Sales, content and client care for a service business, with a lead on each side.

    7 teammates
  • Local business

Reminds clients of their appointments and answers them on your social accounts.

    3 teammates

Not quite your company? Change any teammate after you apply a blueprint, undo it, or save your own team as a blueprint.

iOS app in private beta

On your phone too

The team room, the private chats and the approvals, in your pocket. A yes should not have to wait until you are back at your desk.

  • A notification when a teammate needs you
  • Approve, edit or decline from the chat
  • Answer by voice message when typing is too slow
Ownership

Built to be yours

It is made so that a company can run it on its own account, with its own keys and its own data.

  • Runs on Cloudflare

Workers, a database and file storage. It is built so a company can run it on its own Cloudflare account.

  • Your keys, your models

You connect your own OpenRouter or OpenAI key. Keys are encrypted before they are stored and are never sent to a model.

  • Your data, kept apart

Each organisation has its own people, data, keys and files. You can export everything, and delete it.

  • Open source soon

The code will be open source soon, so you can read how it works and host it yourself.

Questions

Good things to ask first

Something else on your mind? Write to us

What is Loombots Team?

A chat where your people and a few AI teammates work together. Each teammate has a name, a role, rules, tools and a memory.

You talk to them like colleagues, in a team room or in private. They do the work and report back in the same place.

Who is it for?

Small companies and solo founders with more work than hands: finding leads, answering prospects, posting regularly, keeping quotes and invoices in order.

It works best when someone on your side can read a draft and say yes or no.

What can a teammate do without asking?

It can read, search, draft, and update its own notes and your pipeline. Sending a message, publishing a post, or sending a quote or a payment link waits for a person, until you give that teammate more trust.

Deleting data, adding tools and changing budgets or rules always need a person.

Where does my data live?

On Cloudflare: a database for records and object storage for files, kept apart for each organisation. The keys you add are encrypted before they are stored.

On team.loomens.com that is the Cloudflare account of Loomens. If you host it yourself, it is yours.

Which models does it use?

The ones you choose. You connect your own OpenRouter or OpenAI key and pick a model for each teammate.

The provider bills you for what the models use, and the app shows what each piece of work cost.

How do I get access?
